Vault Waker 200 OK

No slug to route

Request arrived at the Lambda Function URL directly (or via CloudFront without the viewer-Host shim). The waker only routes requests whose viewer host matches <slug>.<zone>. For CloudFront-fronted requests, ensure vault-publish-viewer-host is published and attached — run sg vp setup cf-function check.
